Volunteer Opportunities >FACT SHEET
Volunteers have long been a part of the Stark DD program. It can be as
easy as doing an art project with one of our senior citizens… or as
challenging as working with a child or adult who is learning to read…or
as fun as spending the day cheering on a Special Olympian. As with Board
employees, volunteers must have a background check prior to working
with Stark DD individuals. For more information on volunteering at Stark
