A Special Board Meeting of the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Board’s Administrative Offices, 2950 Whipple Ave. NW, Canton.
The Board will go into executive session in accordance to Section 121.22(g) for the purpose of reviewing matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state law.
Upon exiting the executive session, the board will vote whether to accept, reject, or modify, a hearing officer’s report containing confidential and protected health information in accordance to Ohio Administrative Code 5123-4-04.
