Stark DD Provider Compliance & Support conducts monthly Provider Orientation sessions that are designed to equip Independent and Agency Providers with the tools & resources necessary for success.
Orientation includes Stark DD representation from Investigative Services, Nursing/Health Services, and Payment Authorization for Waiver Services in addition to Provider Compliance & support.
Sessions are not limited to newly certified providers. We often have providers register to attend that serve in other counties or have been a provider for 2 and even 3 years.
Sessions also provide an excellent tune-up for providers who might have a lapse in time they provided services or simply want a refresher of available resources in Stark County.
Orientation serves as a valuable resource for agencies that promote DSPs into management positions or hire managers new to Stark County.
Once you attend orientation, you will gain access to Stark DD Referrals for individuals looking for services. Stark DD uses Brittco to generate referrals that providers may respond to for scheduling Free Choice of Provider interviews.
